he could sense the fear on her, could tell she was afraid just by the look in her eyes. xander watched as she limped away from him, attempting to drag her sorry ass deeper into the middle of nowhere. he grunted & gave a brief roll of his eyes before following after the injured woman. ❝ don’t be fucking stupid, you’ll pass out before you reach the end of the road… ❞ with one swift action he scooped her off of her feet & into his arms, a fireman style carry. he still wasn’t entirely sure what he was going to do with her.
She tried to argue, but he was right. Katherine was to weak to even have a talk, her throat was dry and her body was begging to rest. So, she didn’t protested when he hold her, the girl just let he take her body like it was nothing and closed her eyes. If the situation was different, she would never let him touch her. “Thank you.” The girl whispered before close her eyes and pass out.
