‘—– looks like i just found my long lost twin sister i didn’t even ask for. ’ hazel eyes were fixated upon her doppelganger, brows narrowed. this sure felt awkward. ‘ do you have any explanation on how we look exactly alike ?’ her voice maintained unimpressed & quite cold, yet slightly curious. ‘or am i going to die now that i know of your existence ?’ referencing to some sort of urban legend that if one sees their doppelganger, they are most likely going to die soon, angel remained calm - she already died once, so it’s not gonna be that big of a deal.
“W-what?” Katherine didn’t know what to say or think. She was too surprised for seeing a girl exactly like her, but the other one seemed to have another kind of questions in mind. “Die? What are you talking about?” She stepped closer, looking at her with unbelief in her eyes. “How can we be so exactly alike?”

“Oh, you haven’t told him?” Cheeks blushed as she looked at the lady. Katherine couldn’t say if he was uncomfortable with her presence there, but it would be rude if she just leave the place with a shitty excuse. “Hmmm… I’m Katherine, a FRIEND of your mom.” A forced SMILE came through her lips as she stepped closer, raising a hand to greet him. “It’s nice to meet you.”

Katherine is the youngest of five sisters. She was born into a wealthy family, but her father was extremely abusive to her and to the other sisters.
Marcel, her father, used to beat her mother frequentely, the situation got worse when the man was drunk, he used to do anything to let something wrong happen and he could discount his anger at someone.
When Katherine turned eighteen, she met Liam, a fourty-year-old man who had promised her the world. So she soon found a way to escape from home and her town, going to a place where them didn’t know anyone.
But over time, Liam began to show a personality she didn’t know. He forbade her from leaving home, and heronly function was to please him, to make food, to clean the house and give him sex when he returned from work.
Katherine, once again, felt imprisoned. One day she tried to run away, but he found out and punished her leaving her trapped inside a dark room for three days.
On the second attempt, she managed to escape. She changed her name and left for a city far away from him.
She’s always moving from city to city, so that he can’t find her. Katherine became aggressive and suspicious. She can’t feel like loving anyone else, because it is hard to her to trust someone.
